If you'd like to put money into someone else's account there's a few different ways you can do this.
The quickest and easiest way is through our website, go to onefamily.com and click on the make a payment button in the top right.
Select the type of account you're wanting to pay into, we'll go to look at child trust fund as an example.
To pay into someone's account you'll need to know their account number and date of birth, enter these into the form.
If the details are correct we'll show you the first name of the account holder.
If this looks right click continue but if not go back to the previous page and double check the details you put in.
Now we know who you want to give money to the next step is to take some information from you so we can take your
payment.
Enter your details into the form and click on submit once you're happy everything is right.
You can either make a one-off payment or you can set up a regular payment to keep adding money every month.
For regular payments you'll need to let us know your bank account number and sort code so we can set up the direct debit.
Once the direct debit is set up you can change the amount or how often you pay at any time by just giving us a call.
If you want to make a one-off payment we'll need your debit card details, just like with online shopping.
Once you've filled the form out and confirmed the details click submit to set up your payment.
That's everything you need to do, one-off payments will be taken immediately but it will take a couple of days before the money appears in their account
Regular payments will be taken on the next available payment day that you chose, which could mean the first payment might not be taken until next month
If you can't remember your password you can quickly and easily reset it to get back into your online account.
We just need to go through two security steps to make sure we keep your account safe.
The first thing you need to do is go to onefamily.com and click on the login link, which you'll find in the top right of the screen or in the menu if you're using your mobile phone.
Click on the Forgotten password link
Make sure you've got your phone with you and can access your email inbox.
The next screen will ask you to type your email address. This is the email address that you use when you first set up your account.
check your email inbox, you'll receive an email from us which contains a code. It can take a few minutes for the email to arrive and it might go into your spam or junk folder so it's worth checking these if you can't see it.
Copy the code in the email and go back to the website and paste or type the code where it says verification code.
For the second stage of the security check we'll text you a second code to your mobile phone, this will be the number you gave us when you set up your account.
check the number looks right and click confirm.
Simply copy the code and paste it into the box or type it in and press confirm.
That's it for the security checks now, you can create a new password which you'll use every time you log in from now on.
once your details are saved you'll be able to log into your account and get back to what you are doing.

We're excited to show you all the new features you can now start using.
You can set up an online account if you have a Child Trust Fund, a junior ISA, a Lifetime ISA or a Stocks and Shares shares ISA with us.
If you have a different type of OneFamily product check back soon.
First things first you need to log in, or if this is your first time using your online account we'll need to set it up.
Either way click on the login button at the top right of the screen or in the menu if you're using a mobile.
Enter your email address and password, We'll text your verification code that you need to enter to log in.
If you've got a one family product but this is your first time logging in we'll get you set up after a quick security check.
Go to our login page where you'll find a video to talk you through how to do this.
The first page you'll see when you log in is your dashboard, this is designed to work on all different types of devices including your phone or tablet.
On the dashboard you'll find links to everything you can do in your online account, it also gives you a snapshot of the products you have with us and their current value.
Your dashboard is links to your product documents, transactions history and options to put money in and take it out.
If you click on a product your product overview shows you everything you need to know, including your current account value and a projections calculator which shows you how much it could be worth inthe future.
Let's take a look at the payments tab, this is a really useful feature because it not only lets you make payments, you can also see the transactions you've made in the past and make changes to any regular payments you've set up.
If you'd like family and friends to help you reach your savings goals you can also send someone an invitation to pay money into your account. We'll send them an email with all the details they need to make payment.
You can find your personal details such as your address and options for how we contact you in your profile. This is in the top menu which stays on your screen wherever you are, or sits in your mobile menu if you're using your phone.
If you want to change the email address, mobile number or password that you use to log into your account you can do this by clicking on the security tab.

To help you find your answer fast we've broken it down into different sections for the types of questions we get asked.
You might also be able to find the answer in the frequently asked questions along the top.
If you can't find the answer you're looking for you can send us a message, we'll get back to you by the end of the next Working Day and you'll find our reply in your my messages tab, but we'll send you an email to let you know it's there.
